Teaching
I am proud to lead the MSc Coaching Psychology programme at the University of Chichester—the first of its kind in the UK. This pioneering course combines academic rigour with practical application, equipping students with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in their coaching careers.
Through my work, I strive to create opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and impactful research that supports individuals and communities in achieving their full potential.
Research
My research in coaching psychology focuses on integrating Cognitive-Behavioural and Ecological perspectives to explore areas such as career transitions, professional and academic development, ethical leadership, and outdoor coaching practices.
At the University of Chichester, I lead the Research in Practice Lab, a vibrant hub for interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. You can learn more about our work here.
As both practitioners and academics, our mission is to bridge the gap between research and real-world practice. We aim to advance our fields, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and promote meaning, well-being, personal growth, and social change within individuals and their communities. Our team’s expertise spans coaching psychology, counselling psychology, and therapeutic practices.
