Online coaching gives you the flexibility to access your sessions from almost wherever you wish to be, provided you have a stable internet connection and a computer or mobile phone, and you have a quiet location where you feel you can communicate freely.
These 45 min sessions are on Google Meet, and can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
On average, coachees engage in six sessions over a period of weeks, though some opt for a more spaced-out approach, such as monthly sessions, for long-term support.
